Chocolate Pretzels
Ingredients
1 Feel Good Dough Chocolate Doughball

1/4 cup baking soda
Pot of boiling water
Sea Salt (optional)
Chocolate shavings (optional)
Prep time: 17 min
Cook time: 1 min. boiling + 8 min. baking
Method

Thaw dough overnight in the fridge, or for two hours on the counter.

Cut doughball into 4 pieces. Take each piece and roll on table into a snake shape about 15-18" long.

Wrap each snake like a pretzel.

Boil a large pot of water with 1/4 cup baking soda in it. This will give your pretzel flavor.

Boil each pretzel for 1 minute, turning at 30 seconds. Add to a greased sheet pan.

Bake at 425 for 4 minutes, rotate the pan, and then finish baking for 4 minutes or until browned.

Let cool, and serve with salt, chocolate shavings or a sweet dip.
