Chocolate Doughnuts

Ingredients

1 Feel Good Dough Chocolate Doughball

​

Frying oil

Cocoa powder, cinnamon or sugar (optional)

 

Method

  • Thaw dough overnight in the fridge, or for two hours on the counter.  

​

  • Cut doughball into 6-8 pieces.  Take each piece and roll on table into a snake shape about 8-10" long.

​

  • Wrap each snake into a circular shape and press the ends together. Let rest for 20 minutes.

 

  • Heat 1" deep oil to about 350 degrees.

​

  • Fry each doughnut for 1-2 minutes each side.

​

  • Remove from oil and let cool on a cooling rack. Top with cocoa powder, cinnamon, sugar or even a homemade icing.
